Acutron Warranty Summary

Acutron provides a 1-year limited warranty covering non-consumable parts, ensuring your equipment functions properly when maintained and used correctly.

Warranty Coverage:

✔ Non-consumable parts replacement
✔ Remote repair guidance by Acutron technicians
✔ Replacement parts shipped first—customer must return defective parts within 30 days

Exclusions:

✘ Ink system components (printheads, dampers, pumps, wipers, ink tubes, capping stations, etc.)
✘ Labor costs, downtime, and consequential damages
✘ Repairs without Acutron’s authorization
✘ Damage due to improper use, maintenance, or environmental factors

Important Notes:

• Failure to return defective parts within 30 days will result in full charges for the replacement and may void the warranty.
• On-site service is available at an additional cost.
• This warranty is non-transferable and valid only in the USA.
